Erlinmar Equestrian Center was founded in 2001 with its goals to serve equestrian enthusiasts and educate future horsemen
and women in the exciting world of horsemanship. We are here to serve those who demand higher standards from experts in
the horse industry. Our prices reflect the standards for which we have set for our service and the quality of our members.
Located in Eastern Henrico County, we are only minutes away from downtown Richmond with immediate access to
interstates 295 and 895.

RIDING ARENA             124 ft x 208 ft outdoor Lighted riding arena
                                    with adjacent 60-ft Round Pen.

PADDOCKS

                                    Many spacious paddocks are available with even more on the way. Each paddock features a run-in
                                    shed to provide shelter for the horses to escape any inclement weather.

HORSE TRAINING

                                    Here at Erlinmar Equestrian Center we offer our clients professional horse training for individuals
                                    seeking to have their horse trained for the first time, or to perfect skills that the horse already
                                    possess. Pricing and training time varies, so please contact us for more information.

HORSE BOARDING

Paddock Board               PRICE: $300 per month

Each paddock is constructed with the horse’s safety in mind. Large, highly visible Poly-wire electric fencing by Stafix, a
European based equestrian fencing company, is used for containment. Each t-post is topped with a white cap to ensure no
sharp edges will harm the horses in the paddock. The front of the paddock is fenced-in using strong, durable oak boards for
both beauty and strength. Each paddock has a large water trough with a self-filling water unit to provide clean, clear water 24
hours a day. Feed and hay is given twice a day, in the morning and in the afternoon. Boarders also get to enjoy the use of our
riding arena and round pen, plus monthly newsletters from Erlinmar Equestrian Center. Each newsletter is filled with helpful
tips and useful information about horses and the horse industry.

Full Board                        PRICE: $400 per month

Full board consists of paddock board and all of its benefits, plus a reserved stall in the main barn. Horses will be turned out
daily in the morning, weather permitting, and placed inside at night.
